Dahl Real Estate reserves the right to reject registration to any person or entity. Your card may be charged $1 to test that it is valid but the $1 will be refunded within 72 hours. This is only to verify your registration.
- Bidding: The highest Bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price and any dispute shall be settled at the Auctioneer's absolute discretion. Corrections will be reviewed and altered at the discretion of the Auctioneer. Bidder’ accept responsibility of reviewing bids before submitting. 6. Nothing to be removed until settled for. Not responsible for items after sold. Any and, or, all announcements day of auction supersede any previous printed information.
7. Payments for equipment purchased online will need to be by cash, check or wire transfer within 48 hours of the close of the sale. All items must be removed within 10 days of the close of the sale.
8. No credit card payments for equipment purchases. Must be cash, check or wire transfer to Wilson Auction Service.
